I recognize leadership can be incredibly challenging, but I also see the remarkable opportunities it presents amidst those challenges.
Formerly a CPA, I hold an accounting degree from Clemson University and proudly boast a “Ducktorate Degree” from Disney University (yes, that's a thing).
In addition to serving my clients, I host The BetterMan Podcast, co-host the How to Lead Podcast, and co-authored The Edge: How to Stand Out by Showing You’re All In.

I have ten years of experience in the non-profit space on staff with a large church in Dallas.
I have been a full-time consultant and keynote spaker focused on leadership and professional development since 2020.
I published The Edge with my good friend David Morrison in 2022.
I publish a weekly podcast called How to Lead with Clay Scroggins.
I have spoken over 600 times in businesses and churches throughout my career.
