Adam Tarnow is a professional development specialist, keynote speaker, and author. The Edge: How to Stand Out by Showing You're All In, co-authored with Tacala President and COO David Morrison, equips young professionals with tools to thrive early in their careers. The Fog of Work: A Simple Approach to Navigating the Complexity of Middle Management gives leaders a practical framework for dealing with the stress that comes when leading from the middle.

Adam now serves as Chief People Officer for Tacala and Southern Brew, where his job is to grow great people, not just great numbers.

A recovering CPA, Adam spent the first decade of his career in accounting before pivoting into leadership development. He's spoken to audiences across industries, from manufacturing to professional services to education, with a gift for making complex leadership ideas simple, practical, and unforgettable.

He's a Clemson University graduate and holds a "Ducktorate" from Disney University (yes, it's real; no, it's not accredited). He's been married to his wife, Jackie, since 2003, and is the proud father of two teenage sons, Jake and Josh.
